Zero Royalty Food Franchise in India. everything included.
One transparent Café Model at ₹6–7 lakhs all-in. Every number on this page is from the official brochure, nothing hidden, nothing extra.
What zero royalty really means.
Most food franchises in India charge a royalty, a percentage of everything you sell, every month, for as long as you operate. The industry standard runs 4 to 8 percent of gross sales. On a ₹2,55,000 monthly turnover, an 8 percent royalty quietly removes ₹20,400 every single month before you have paid rent, staff or electricity. Over a three year agreement that adds up to more than ₹7 lakhs, often more than the franchise fee itself.
Cheese Corner charges zero royalty and takes no profit share. You pay a one time franchise fee. After that, every rupee your outlet earns stays in your account.
| Typical food franchise | Cheese Corner | |
|---|---|---|
| Royalty on sales | 4 to 8% every month | ₹0 |
| Profit sharing | Common | None |
| Royalty on ₹2.55L monthly turnover | ₹10,200 to ₹20,400 | ₹0 |
| Over a 3 year term | ₹3.6L to ₹7.3L | ₹0 |
| Agreement term | Often 5 to 10 years | 1 year, renewable |
Why we can do this: we make our margin on the supply chain, the sauces, syrups and premixes you buy from us, not by taxing your sales. Our incentive is your outlet doing high volume, not extracting a percentage from a struggling one.
The full kitchen, in the box.
Every machine your outlet needs ships with the franchise package.

Can you start under ₹5 lakhs?
Yes, and this is the most common question we are asked, so here is the honest arithmetic.
The two fixed costs are the franchise package at ₹3,99,000 plus GST and roughly ₹50,000 of opening stock and packaging. That comes to about ₹4.5 lakhs, and it already includes the entire kitchen: the UFO Bun Machine, deep fryer, refrigerator, deep freezer, mixer grinder, gas stove, toasters, chopper and 50 plus accessories. Nothing further is needed to start cooking.
The variable is your interior. A full cafe fit out with seating runs ₹2.5 to 3.5 lakhs and takes you into the ₹6 to 7 lakh range. But a compact, kiosk style counter inside an existing shop or food court, where the flooring, walls and electricals already exist, can be finished for considerably less, which is what brings the total within ₹5 lakhs.
So the honest answer is this. The business itself costs about ₹4.5 lakhs. Whether your total stays under ₹5 lakhs depends entirely on how much interior work your chosen space needs. A raw shell will not; an existing counter space often will. Compared with most food franchises asking ₹10 to 25 lakhs plus an ongoing 4 to 8 percent royalty, this is among the lowest entry, lowest drag models available.
Why you don't need to hire a chef.
In a normal restaurant, a skilled chef is the highest salary and the single largest risk. If they resign, quality collapses overnight and your food tastes different the next week. Cheese Corner removes that dependency.
- Standardised premixes and sauces ship from our supply chain, so flavour is identical in every outlet
- Assembly based recipes, staff follow a printed SOP card, not culinary judgement
- Under 5 minutes from order to serving on most items
- Two days of training is enough for a new staff member to run the counter
- If someone leaves, you replace them in a week, not a month
This is what makes a flat ₹99 price point workable at a 55 to 60 percent gross margin.
Who this model suits best.
This works well if you are
- A first time business owner, the chef-less model needs no culinary background
- An investor with ₹5 to 7 lakhs wanting a food business without a royalty drag
- A shop owner with 200 to 300 sq ft in a high footfall location
- Someone who wants to be operational in about 30 days, not a year
This is probably not for you if
- You want a fully passive investment, an owner or manager must be present daily
- You are looking for a large format 2,000 sq ft restaurant
- You want to design your own menu, recipes and pricing are standardised
